About Us

David B. Vasily, MD has 40 years of experience as a practicing, board certified Dermatologist and is the founder and President of Lehigh Valley Dermatology Associates, Ltd. and Aesthetica Cosmetic & Laser Surgery Center in Bethlehem, PA.

Dr. Vasily received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Moravian College in 1971, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Biology. He went onto S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo School of Medicine graduating in 1975. He did advanced training in Dermatology at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville from 1976-1979. He returned to his hometown to start his medical Dermatology practice, Lehigh Valley Dermatology, in 1979. Aesthetica Cosmetic & Laser Center, his cosmetic practice, followed in 1997. In addition to his two private practices, he serves as the team doctor for the wrestling team at Lehigh University.

In 2020, Dr. Vasily embraced the role of Medical Director at Lehigh Valley Dermatology, where he now supervises his personally trained medical staff in the treatment of skin conditions in all ages.

Special Interests
I have been a Physician Assistant at Lehigh Valley Dermatology since 2003, treating patients and serving as study coordinator and investigator on numerous research studies, including biologics for psoriasis.

I specialize in the treatment of psoriasis, allergic contact dermatitis and have a special interest in skin cancer surgery.

I have had the pleasure of working at Lehigh Valley Dermatology for over a decade now and most enjoy forming quality relationships with my patients to ensure optimal skin health and confidence.

My special interests include dermatologic surgery, skin cancer screening, pigmented lesions and preventative skin care.

Special Interests
I began my healthcare care as a Certified Athletic Trainer, treating injured athletes. I remain certified in the field today. I continued my education by gaining my Physician Assistant degree and expanded my career by spending six years in Emergency Medicine before switching my attention to Dermatology.

My special interests include the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, as well as, skin cancer surgery. I also enjoy helping our acne patients achieve their goal of clearer skin, resulting in a better self-image.

Special Interests
I joined Lehigh Valley Dermatology in 2019 and enjoy caring for the entire family, especially kids. My special interests include acne, skin cancer, cysts and cosmetic skin care. I also enjoy doing consultations for Dr. Vasily’s cosmetic practice, Aesthetica Cosmetic & Laser Center.

Special Interests
I have been a patient at Lehigh Valley Dermatology and was delighted to join the practice in a professional capacity in 2019. I have been the radiation therapist using the Sensus SRT-100 Vision system, called SkinCure. It’s our non-surgical skin cancer treatment harnessing radiation to treat lesions.

It has been such a pleasure to join the office through SkinCure Oncology; they are the greatest group of people. I enjoy working with the Lehigh Valley Dermatology family and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
